This automatic double‑head heated gear pump filling machine is specially designed for high‑viscosity materials that easy to solidify, such as body scrub, wax, cream, ointment and cosmetic paste.

Whole machine adopts SUS304/SUS316 stainless steel, meets cosmetic sanitary requirement. Equipped with heating system for tank, pipeline and filling nozzles to keep materials in good fluid status.

Gear pump ensures accurate filling volume. PLC touch screen control, easy to adjust filling volume and speed. With automatic bottle conveyor, realize continuous online filling work.
