automatic horizontal packaging machine is specially designed for producing four-side sealed & irregular-shaped pouches with round corners, curved edges and custom outlines. It integrates film feeding, bag forming, filling, four-side heat sealing, special shape punching and finished product output in one process. Equipped with PLC, servo drive and photoelectric tracking system, it ensures accurate bag size, neat sealing and stable running speed. Main body adopts food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, compliant with hygiene standards. Widely used for packaging shampoo, lotion, cream, gel, essence and other liquid & paste products in cosmetic, daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Production speed ranges from 30 to 100 bags per minute, ideal for mass production.
