Different from separated filling and capping desktop machines, our equipment adopts rotary 16-position turntable layout: workers manually place empty glass/roll-on bottles on fixtures, the turntable indexes automatically to filling station for vacuum level-controlled filling, then moves forward to pneumatic capping station for automatic cap pressing/sealing, finished bottles output at final station. Peristaltic pump filling /Magnetic Drive Pump Filling technology stable continuous feeding, durable long-running for medium-volume batch production, not easy to damage from alcohol erosion., filling tolerance ≤±1%, effectively avoid overflow waste of expensive essence perfume; redundant liquid can be recycled back to storage tank to save raw material cost for perfume manufacturers.
