500L Stainless Steel Vacuum Homogenizer Mixing Pot Cosmetic Cream Lotion Ointment Emulsification Mixing Machine

 

 

This 500L vacuum homogenizer mixing pot is independently developed by SIPUXIN factory, specially designed for medium-batch emulsification production of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and daily chemical products.The whole machine uses food & pharmaceutical grade stainless steel SUS316L for contact parts, full mirror polishing without sanitary dead corners. It is equipped with high-speed homogeneous emulsifying head, low-speed wall scraper stirring, temperature control jacket, vacuum deaeration system and PLC automatic control system. It can complete raw material heating, stirring, homogenizing, vacuum defoaming and cooling in one tank.

 

 

1. 500L medium capacity, perfect for medium-scale factory daily output, balance production efficiency and floor space.

2. Dual stirring system: high-speed bottom homogenizer + low-speed wall-mounted scraper stirrer. The scraper fits the tank wall tightly to avoid material sticking; high-speed homogenizer achieves ultra-fine emulsification, smooth cream texture without particles.

3. Heating & cooling double jacket: support electric heating or steam heating, circulating water cooling, accurate temperature control for different raw materials.

4. Vacuum deaeration function: stir under vacuum environment to eliminate bubbles inside finished products, keep cream glossy and stable, avoid oxidation of active ingredients.

5. Intelligent PLC touch screen control: set stirring speed, homogenizing time, temperature and vacuum degree on one screen, automatic production record, easy operation, reduce manual error.

6. Sanitary stainless steel structure, fully meet EU GMP hygiene standard for cosmetic and pharmaceutical production, easy to disassemble and clean.
