500L Stainless Steel Homogenizing Mixing Tank Liquid Soap Shampoo Laundry Detergent Making Machine with Operation Platform

Machine composition:

This 500L homogenizing mixing tank is designed for mass production of shampoo, hand liquid soap, body wash, laundry detergent and all liquid daily chemical products. Equipped with top stirrer and bottom high shear homogenizer, it realizes fast raw material dissolution and even mixing without agglomeration.

The whole tank adopts SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polishing inside and outside, food cosmetic grade, easy to clean. Matching stainless steel anti-slip operation platform and stairs for safe feeding, sampling and inspection. Jacket electric heating & heat preservation can be customized for raw materials needing temperature control.

Usage and Application:

Usage  

1. Clean the tank interior thoroughly before feeding raw materials to avoid cross-contamination.

2. Add water, surfactants, essence and other raw materials from the top feeding port.

3. Turn on the top stirring motor and bottom homogenizer simultaneously for full mixing.

4. If heating is needed, start the jacket electric heating system and set target temperature via control box.

5. Observe mixing status through the side viewing window until raw materials are fully dissolved and homogeneous.

6. After production, open the bottom discharge valve to transfer finished liquid to filling machines or storage tanks.

7. Clean the tank and pipelines completely after each batch production to extend machine service life.  2.
