Machine composition:

This 300L mobile homogenizer mixing pot consists of SUS316 mirror polished tank body, electric thermal oil heating jacket, top wall scraping stirring system, bottom high-shear homogenizer, independent digital control cabinet, lockable mobile casters, safety relief valve and manhole.

Usage and Application:

Usage

1. Push the tank to feeding station and lock casters, add oil & water phase raw materials through top manhole.

2. Set heating temperature, stirring speed and homogenizing time on digital control panel to melt and blend cosmetic raw materials evenly.

3. Wall scraper stirs continuously to avoid material sticking on tank wall, bottom homogenizer breaks down grease and particles for fine texture.

4. After mixing finished, unlock casters and move the tank to filling station for discharging.  

Application

Ideal for lab trial production and small-batch manufacturing of facial lotion, shampoo, body wash, hand cream, hair mask and cosmetic raw material premixing in cosmetic, daily chemical and pharmaceutical workshops.
