SIPUXIN 300L electrically heated mixing tank is a professional stainless steel mixing vessel specially built for cosmetic and daily chemical manufacturing. It integrates heating, stirring, dissolving and mixing functions, which is ideal for producing shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, detergent and other liquid products.

Made from premium SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, the tank inner wall adopts mirror polishing treatment. It is food-grade, anti-corrosion and easy to clean, meeting strict hygiene requirements for cosmetic and daily chemical workshops.

This mixing tank comes with an electric heating system and automatic temperature control function. The temperature can be adjusted from room temperature up to 80℃. The top-mounted stirring motor runs at 0-60 rpm adjustable speed, which ensures raw materials mix evenly and dissolve quickly without dead mixing zones.

The stainless steel control box supports temperature display and simple button operation. Operators can easily start or stop stirring and set target temperature. Standard feed inlet and discharge port help convenient feeding and full discharge of finished liquid.
