Cosmetic cream ointment heating storage tank
1. Equipped with electric blending agitator, the storage tank can maintain in a flow state in avoid of cream ointment becoming solid or prevent some material (milk, compound etc) from depositing and separating into different layers.
It is suitable for filling cream, paste, milk, syrup, juice etc.
2. According to the material to be stored, the storage tank can be added with coil pipes for cooling or jackets for electric or steam heating.
3. 316L or 304stainless steel in good heat preservation performance, strong corrosion resistance, up to food grade and international GMP sanitary standard.
4. The accessories are as follows: inlet and outlet, manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm, fly and insect prevention spiracle, aseptic sampling vent, meter, CIP cleaning spraying head.
5. Manufactured by new craft, no tensile sinew in the tank body and angles in the tank wall.
6. Sediment and dirt naturally gather around the central drain outlet on the tank bottom. Only by regular open of the drain valve, dirt and sediment can be discharged without extra cleaning.

However,for small machine,we can install here and shooting the video to send you. When you get the machines, you operate on basic of operation instruction and video.
