Machine introduction

1. Tank Body & Material

Main tank is integrally fabricated with food-grade SUS304 stainless steel; SUS316L is optional for pharmaceutical & high hygiene production.
Inner wall mirror polished (Ra≤0.8μm), seamless and no sanitary dead corners, easy to rinse and avoid material residue.
Single-layer design without heating/cooling jacket, dedicated to room-temperature liquid mixing to cut extra energy cost.

2. Dual Stirring & Homogenizing System

Top anchor low-speed agitator (20–60 RPM adjustable) fits closely to tank wall to stop materials sticking and realize overall even mixing.
Bottom high-shear homogenizer (0–3000 RPM adjustable) breaks raw material lumps for fine dispersion and emulsification.
Two motors with independent frequency converters; stirring and homogenizing speed can be set separately without mutual interference.

3. Complete Supporting Structure

Heavy-duty stainless steel support frame with strong shock resistance for stable long-time running.
Standard matched anti-slip platform, guardrail and climbing stairs for safe and convenient top feeding & inspection.
Bottom manual ball valve for discharging; pneumatic automatic discharge valve is available as upgrade.

4. Intelligent Control System

Independent PLC touch screen control cabinet with visualized operation panel.
Support one-key start/stop, timing setting, real-time speed display and overload alarm protection.
Equipped with leakage protection, emergency stop button and motor overload protection for safe operation.

5. Application Range

Daily chemical: shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, detergent, disinfectant.
Cosmetic: facial toner, plant extract, low-viscosity water-based lotion.
Food industry: fruit syrup, thin beverage, low-thickness sauce.
