This 100L hydraulic lifting vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is specially designed for small‑batch and pilot production of cosmetics, skincare and hair‑care products.
Adopt hydraulic lifting structure for easy tank opening, discharging and internal cleaning. Under vacuum condition, high‑speed homogenizer mixes raw materials to get fine, bubble‑free cream and lotion. Material‑contact parts adopt SUS316L stainless steel, fully comply with GMP hygiene requirement. Suitable for face cream, body lotion, hair mask, ointment and other viscous products.
