 Independently driven high-speed homogenizer — fine, controllable, reproducible dispersion The homogenizing head and the scraping agitator are speed-controlled separately, so shear intensity can be set for each formula: disperse first, then refine. Particle size comes out more uniform and the system more stable. Once a recipe's parameters are dialed in, they can be repeated — no more relying on an operator's "feel" to save the batch.
