1. Overview

SPX-E1000 fixed steam heating vacuum emulsification machine is an integrated emulsifying production unit independently developed by SIPUXIN. It consists of main emulsifying pot, separate oil phase tank, water phase tank, stainless steel operation platform and automatic steam heating circulation system. All contact parts with materials adopt SUS316L sanitary stainless steel, fully meeting GMP hygiene standards for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Equipped with wall scraping stirring + bottom high-shear homogenizer + full vacuum deaeration system, it is specially designed for large-batch production of high-viscosity cream, ointment, paste and serum.

  7. PLC automatic control panel, one-key operation of heating, stirring, homogenizing and vacuuming.
